THE CHALLENGE
Our German public sector client faced the complex task of identifying and nurturing Egyptian and international SMEs with the potential for sustainable job creation in Egypt. The core challenge was two-fold: selecting the most promising candidates from an investor's perspective and then strategically connecting them with suitable investors. Beyond funding, these selected startups required comprehensive strategic guidance, covering market entry, customer acquisition, and successful product launches in a new market.
