THE CHALLENGE
Our client, a German-diaspora founder with deep roots in both Kenya and Germany, has built her venture around a clear vision. She wanted to connect qualified African professionals with German companies and ensure their long-term integration. The business idea was built on strong foundations, which are deep local market knowledge on both sides, a genuine fit between available talent and existing demand and bilateral migration and skilled labor agreement supporting the approach. The challenge was to turn this vision into a viable, operational business. Pricing, cost transparency, and a market entry approach were missing, a gap that became critical at the stage where conversations with clients and partners were already underway.
OUR SERVICE
AVA supported the client in structuring and stress-testing the business case. At the core of the collaboration was a tailored business case calculator, built specifically for this business model. It made cost and revenue streams transparent, showed how different factors affect the bottom line, and enabled pricing decisions for potential clients. In addition, a CRM tool was developed to systematically track client relationships and partner outreach across the target market and Germany, creating a structured overview of contacts, collaboration status, and a link to the business case calculator. For the market entry, AVA co-developed marketing material tailored to the clients and partners.
THE RESULT & OUTLOOK
The client professionalized its sales process and established a robust pricing framework. Through targeted business coaching and practical tools, a solid foundation for structured growth was created. With the new marketing materials, the founder was equipped to support ongoing and new client conversations. Overall, the collaboration transformed an early-stage concept into an operational business. This laid the groundwork for the next phase of developing a financing strategy to fund projects in collaboration with partners and to validate the various services under real market conditions.
