    Born in Madagascar and raised in Germany, Righi brings a unique blend of cultural diversity and global insights to the team of Africa Ventures Advisory. With a B. Sc. in Business Information Management, Righi began his consulting career in 2018. He has since built an impressive background in entrepreneurship, founding own ventures along the way. 

    While continuing working on his own projects, he is supporting our mission at Africa Ventures Advisory. His passion for creativity, personal development, and purpose-driven business aligns perfectly with the firm’s values.

    As an internationally accomplished wine expert and experienced Master Sommelier with skills in marketing and communication, Frank offers comprehensive wine related consulting and marketing services.

    His field of activity embraces services and consulting for wine producers, trade, and the hospitality industry likewise. Frank is also the writer of several books and contributes regularly to various magazines. 

    Frank was Head Sommelier for China's largest wine producer Changyu Pioneer, European Brand Ambassador for Koya Brandy and consults numerous international wineries. Additionally, he is a lecturer at internationally recognised Wine and Sommelier schools.

    Khuselo brings a wealth of expertise and a deep passion for the world of wine to our mission of promoting exceptional wines across the African continent.

    His journey into the hospitality and wine industries is truly inspiring. After studying Hotel Management, he began his career at the Protea Hotel Victoria Junction before venturing to the UK in 2002. There, he honed his craft at some of London's finest establishments, ultimately stepping into the world of wine as a sommelier at Sofitel St James’ Brasserie Roux. 

    Upon returning to South Africa, Khuselo’s career flourished as he contributed his talents to various establishments, including Sales Consultant at Meridian and his position as sommelier at the prestigious Delaire Graff Estate and Grande Provence. Further, he was a judge for the John Platter Guide, Diner's Club, Old Mutual Trophy Show and a member of the first South African team to go to the World Blind Tasting Championships 2013.

Her enthusiasm for the wine industry, combined with a fresh perspective and a passion for excellence, makes her a valuable addition to the team of Africa Ventures Advisory.
